rain = perfect knitting weather

this looks like a small blanket but it isn't. hopefully after a little sewing and felting it will become a sturdy tote for a laptop. (a 12" ibook to be exact) how cozy will that be?!

the pattern is from the "alterKNITS" book which was given to me by my good friend chris. after i finish this project he wants me to knit a car cover for his suv.

this afternoon is all about finishing this tote. cozy up on the couch with sophie and bust it out! by evening it will be in my washing machine shrinking shrinking shrinking. cross your fingers...
